How's your nutrition? Is it complete? Diet? Is it balanced? Are you exercising too? As we get older, we all need to make adjustments and adapt.
If you are taking longer to heal from cuts etc, it could be a white blood cell problem, low vitamin C, etc.
Maybe you can take a mutli-vitamin supplement like Centrum or a generic. Just remember, it's a supplement. If it's an immunity thing, maybe you can check out ethinacea root? I'm not a doctor or nurtritionist by the way.
