sometimes i inexplicably get some dryness on the shaft, usually closer to the head. on occasion there has been light "bleeding," in the way that might happen if skin is dry, cracked, and stretched (masterbation, sex). moisturizer helps, but you should go to a doctor if this is a frequent problem. hopefully it's just dry, overworked skin!
