Do you masturbate? If so, is it hard to have an orgasm then? Are you doing the same things with your boyfriend? Have you had previous relationships where it was easier? Or are you still learning? And by having sex with your boyfriend, are you talking about just intercourse, or more targeted things like oral, etc?
It's not unusual for women to not orgasm during sex. I rarely do, but I've never found that was any measure of how much I liked someone - the only significance has been that I've had to learn to be less shy and take matters into my own hands, so to speak.
