If the metal from the hammer dents isn't creased badly and the dents aren't huge, you can put a piece of dry ice in the center, push it so it melts into the shape of the dent, and wait until the metal shrinks back into place from the sudden temperature change. The other preferred method is the toilet plunger (preferably unused) to suck the dents out. Just center it over the dent, push to seal, and pull until it pops.
Next time you park your car there you should hook up a hot 400 amp power line to the chassis of the car and wait until hammer boy comes back. Rubber shoe soles cannot prevent 400 amps at 120 volts from grounding through the soles of his feet.
