But seriously, if you feel like you need to gain weight, I have a solution for you:
Take a nap after every meal. About a 1 hour nap should do. This slows down the metabolism, and you start to pack on the pounds.
Eat 4 meals a day. This increases the calories, and you start to pack on the pounds.
Eat lots of Carbs. Pastas and breads. These will be converted easily into fat, and you start to pack on the pounds.
People may try to tell you different. Don't listen to them. I am the Grand-Champ-Jedi-Fucking-Master of this subject. Finally, a topic where I am the expert...
I hope that someone can ask how to properly consume vast amounts of alcohol.
