thanks arch13, i will try this when i get home from work.
the warrenty should cover this but i dont want to send it out if i dont need to. but if it comes to that, then i will.
ill keep you all updated. I just figured that there might be something that i was missing as far as steps to take before this is done.
any other suggestions are appreciated.
