First off, good for you for being responsible and using two forms of conterception.
Birth Control is 99.7% effective when taken at the same time, everyday. There's a different statistic for typical use though, factoring in human error. I'm not talented enough to manuveur planned parenthood to find that statistic though.
Anytime you have sex you should make a map of what would happen if you had a baby. The costs, what you may have to give up, etc. I did and that's why I don't have sex.
Condoms, like tampons, can't get lost inside you. If you relax and ummm...fish around you can pull them out. In the event that you can't, don't panic, but do visit a doctor immediately. The last thing you want is something stuck up there.
