I meant to clarify me wanting to be "stretched". My pain was usually around the backs of my knees down into my calves. It felt like all my muscles were bunched up. I dont remember that my thighs ever hurt at all and the tops of my knees didnt bother me. The pain would usually always start at the bend on the back part of the knee and radiate downward, never upwards, and it would stop at my ankles. It was the whole leg part that hurt shins AND calves.
