Get her to a doctor.
A good gyno will ask the mom to leave the room or stay in the waiting room as most of them know that their patients are likely to want to discuss things that they don't necessarily want their mothers hearing. (This makes me so thankful that I've always been open and honest with my parents.)
It could be any number of things causing soreness and only a doctor can establish which one it is. Good luck.
