This is the same simplistic stuff that has been making the rounds for the past couple of years.
It has been attributed to Ted Nugent, George Carlin, Bill Mahr, etc. etc.
It's one of those rants that has just enough truth that the jingoism and self centered silliness is easy to ignore.
