preventing razor burn
How should i go about preventing razor burn on the under part of my chin and neck. I have an electric shaver, one of those three ciricualr spinning things. I shave dry, and don't use any shaveing cream because the instructions on the shaver say i don't need to have any, and why spend the money and why make the mess...
anyways I need advice on what i should do to get a close shave on the under part of my neck
