Hmm. What if the Samurai was The Mandarin, the Ninja was Wolverine, and the Pirate was the Psycho Pirate? Who would win out of those three?

I gotta go with The Mandarin, Wolverine, and Psycho Pirate in that order. The Mandarin is badass enough to take on all of the Avengers by himself, and the Psycho Pirate's main attack is mental, which would mean that .

But how about The Silver Samurai, Deadly Little Mijo, and The Tatooed Man? Gotta go with Silver, Mijo, and Tatooed Dude.

Yep, still gonna have to say Samura, Ninja, Pirate.
