Ok..
Spoke to some more people and my fiancee'. We are getting there at 1-2 am, so we both thin the chocolates, etc will go to waste.
We agreed to just spend on a room with a large tub for 2, and a place where I can provide the things I want the day before and they will set it up.
After tons of research, I went with the SoHo Metropolitan hotel at Wellington and Blue Jays way. I went for the King Luxury room. It seems like a phenomenal hotel, and they were exceptionally nice over the phone.
I will buy my own roses, and go beforehand and set things up. I will also bring my own champagne. In the morning, breakfast is included...this is the same price as the intercontinental, and the difference is I dont get the bath butler, the rose petals, or chocolates, all of which I can do myself.
Has anyone stayed at the SoHo..
