Anti-depressants do affect men's and women's libido. My sexual response in the middle of sleep could cause an orgasm before I could reach out and shake hubby awake. Sadly, he couldn't cause one for me, no matter what. The meds do change your sexual response and if I could do without the meds and remain sane, we would be happy rabbits.
