That restaurant is a great and complete dining experience. The spinning of pepper grinders like Tom Cruise in that bartending movie from way back, and the knives and choppers flying as the cook is preparing your meal on the cooking surface built into the table you sit at. One thing I always remembered was this exquisite oriental waitress. An eastern type gentleman spoke to her in Japanese and she replied in English with a definite accent that she was so sorry but she didn't understand him, she was Chinese. I just thought that was really neat, because all the help was eastern and I would never guess that they were hired for their looks and not their actual ethnic background. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but it was really kinda cute, you know?
