It's a drifting thing, when you're sliding around it flies out to the side. Somehow this shows that you've got mad tyte skillz. Or something.
And I think they take the 5 foot exhaust extentions off when they're driving.
edit: while I'm at it and before anyone asks about them, the bent licence plates are to avoid speed/traffic cameras. If they actually get pulled over, the fine for a damaged plate is less then the fine for a missing plate.
