Rental car question: additional drivers
I want to fly into buf/NY and pick up my sister and her kids in Ithaca/NY for a family trip.
Are there any rental car companies that don't require the additional driver to be with you at the time of rental? Can I just give them a faxed copy of their license and credit card?
Can I go to a different location, but the same rental car company in Ithica and have them add her on to the account?
Which rental car companies have the cheapest rates for additional drivers?
