I know the feeling, as my current g/f is so absolutely kinky it is rediculous. We love doing all sorts of weird stuff, including roleplaying. The thing to remember is that the more open you are with what you want, the further you can go. By all means, if she seems to be open to different things, ask her if she wants to try the stuff you havent done before but have an interest in (anal, bondage, fetish, whatever)...
When it comes to roleplay, just remember to seriously approach what she wants and hope she does the same. If one person is really into RP and the other isnt; it ruins the whole thing.
