You should try and catch the Christmas Specials as well.
There's no dip in quality, as with most other show xmas specials, and it rounds things off quite nicely.
As for my favourite scene, the one where Brent is interviewing Keith is definitely up there:
Brent: "Ok, what are your weaknesses?"
Keith: "Umm, I've got ecsema."
