Since i look at hijack logs 5-10 times a day as part of my job, I can easily say....You are severly loaded with viruses, trojans, and adware. ~75% of page 2 is junk. If possible, head to
www.webroot.com and download spysweeper trial, update it. Boot to safe mode run a spysweeper scan.
Clean anything that it finds. Boot to normal mode, head to
http://housecall.trendmicro.com and run a free online virus scan. Delete anything this finds. Then repost a hijack log. Problem with cleaning what you have now is that a lot of it will come right back, best to semi clean the system to make it easier.
