Please interpret my Hijack Log

A while ago someone said if i posted my log from HijackThis, that they would tell me what was safe to remove. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could do this for me.

I'm not a HijackThis guru, but you can remove the (file missing) entries and I know that some people suggest that you remove the (no name) (no file) entries as well, but I have found some of those on my pc that I needed, so I'm not going to recommend that. I also remove the toolbar entries except for the ones I actually use, like I removed my antivirus toolbar, because it's pretty useless (so I think anyway).

Lots of stuff is pretty much self explanatory. If you can tell what it is and you know you don't use it you can remove it (i.e. Messenger button).

The startup list depends on your preference. You should go through it yourself and check which programs you want to start on boot and which ones you don't. A nice site for looking up what processes and startup programs are is [URL=http://www.answersthatwork.com/Tasklist_pages/tasklist.htm]AnswersThatWork.com[URL]

Since i look at hijack logs 5-10 times a day as part of my job, I can easily say....You are severly loaded with viruses, trojans, and adware. ~75% of page 2 is junk. If possible, head to www.webroot.com and download spysweeper trial, update it. Boot to safe mode run a spysweeper scan.

Clean anything that it finds. Boot to normal mode, head to http://housecall.trendmicro.com and run a free online virus scan. Delete anything this finds. Then repost a hijack log. Problem with cleaning what you have now is that a lot of it will come right back, best to semi clean the system to make it easier.
