Right on. Choose a diet that is a life change, not just a trend. If you can only stick with it for a month and then you are back to your bad eating habits, it will never work. You have to train yourself to eat different and keep doing it. It doesn't hurt to endulge once in a while, but you have to watch yourself. Once in a while does not mean once a day, like before going to bed.
