Man o man, Ben, what a horror story. These situations absolutely terrify me. It's why I don't really go out anymore.
How do you "resolve" these situations without violence and lokking like a pussy either? Especially if there are women involved....
In that situation, would you have "asked" the guy who spilled on you to compensate for the beer? (seems reasonable to me) And when he replies, 'Fuck you", then what? Forget about it? Call the bartender? Swallow pride and turn back around? What if you're with chicks?
