I don't know personally about WDW, but I do know a former cast member from Disneyland/DCA.
Bottom line, without getting to intense, is he hated it. Cast were treated like shit, yet "forced" to maintain the "Happiest Place On Earth" appearance at all times, sometimes suffering disiplanary action if they wern't smiling (I'm not kidding)
Tons of internal politics, a union whoring itself out to Disney, et all, made for a very uncomfortable employment for this friend.
Personally, I'd (obviously) recommend against it, but the one positive is Disney looks great on a resume. Assuming of course you are not "Dishonorably Discharged"
