i think to have nice abs u really just need to get ur body fat % down to 8-10%.....
so as long as u watch what you eat and work out and a lil help of good genes u should be able to obtain ur goal....
personally i enjoy shitty food to much to get down to that % of body fat.....but i work out 3-5 times a week.......even when i worked out harder than im going now the lowest i got was 16 % body fat......
