How bad does someone's body have to be, before this could be considered an improvement?

On the other hand....
I wonder though...if someone were to actually wear one of these fashion mis-statements in public....could they then be arrested for public indecency? I mean they are, after all, fully clothed.
I think that I prefer the obverse to this coin. Naked bodies with clothing air brushed on.
