I wonder though...if someone were to actually wear one of these fashion mis-statements in public....could they then be arrested for public indecency? I mean they are, after all, fully clothed.

Like I said, I read it somewhere, in a magazine or newspaper I believe. It included pictures, mostly of skirts that look like you are wearing underwear. And no, it wasn't Enquirer or Star that I read it in.

I've actually seen something like this is public...but it was the ushers for a Cirque de Soleil show in Vega. The dirty one...shit, I can't remember the name...But the women had asses on their skirts and the guys just had mesh shirts you could see through.
That was a sweet ass show...Even though I had a guy sitting on the back of my seat staring at me for like five minutes before I realized it...
