Shape of my Spine
My spine is curved, not laterally. It makes me look fat, hunched all the time, and probably a few inches too short. Im 6', 155 lbs, male, so there is absolutely nothing I can do about the pot belly in terms of weight. Ive done various ab exercises and that doesnt seem to flatten it out. It seems to me that if my spine didnt have this curvature then I would look a lot better.
Ive tried sleeping on my back, but always woke up on my stomach. Are there any exercises that can be done that gradually improve your posture?
