I'm no expert, but it sounds like the worst sinus infection that there is, with infection also spreading to your ear. Sinus infections can occur as a side effect of a very bad cold or the flu.
Get to a doctor ASAP, an urgent-care clinic if nothing else is available. I'm not an expert, but it sounds like you need antibiotics if you want this to get better in a reasonable amount of time. Otherwise, it could drag on for weeks, or worse.
