Well, on my end, I remember having it occasionally pop out and end up around my penis like a state fair "throw the ring around the pole" game, but even though I could sometimes feel it it never irritated me... I think when Sage and I would have sex with it in (towards the beginning of when she had it, before we discovered the thing about taking it out and putting it back in) it probably would sit higher up in her than you are describing with Acetylene.
