Update: (just checking this thread after a few days)

Thanks to all for the tips. Last weekend he came to visit and I gave him a blow job after his 3 hour drive. I enjoyed giving it (and my face didn't go numb this time), and I'm SURE he enjoyed receiving... He even tasted different this time, which was great.
