Have you considered a very small helmet, such as a G.I. Joe doll helmet for your little buddy? Or perhaps a small leather shield? Other than that, I think you're going to have to 1. grow callouses, 2. hit a different spot, 3. change bc methods 4. transplate skin from beneath your fingernails to your bishop, and grow a penis-nail.
