Strange theories of mine.
Alright I have these 2 theories that i've been thinking about for a while. I'm wondering if you guys have heard anything to support them, or at least think they make sense.
1. Chewing your food more helps you lose weight. Not only would you be burning more calories while you eat, but it seems like it would make it easier for you body to break down the food therefore giving you more nutrition.
Sorry if this next one is vulgar.
2. Looking at a lot of porn, but not masturbating may help men develop more muscle. This one seems a little more far fetched then my other one but if i'm not mistaken, many steroids use testosterone and i think a male produces more testosterone while looking at porn. But men also use it to make man juice. If you cut out the need to keep creating man juice but keep producing testosterone, its like a natural steroid.
I may be full of bullshit on all this, but I may also be on to something. You decide.
