I've got the same problem, haha. I simply just vary between sucking, licking and jerking off. Whenever my mouth gets numb I get all busy with my tongue and/or hands for the next 5 mins or so so my mouth can get a rest before I start sucking again.
Don't you find it a bit...boring when you just suck? I mean there are SO many things to do to a cock with your tongue and hands! so use them!
