I've seen a couple of mentions of this site:

I first saw it a year or two ago, and I think it's pretty freaking awesome. It's got a straightfoward approach, no signing up for stuff, an index of exercises, and even has dietary advice.
It looks like good sensible advice, with cited sources and explanations, so I am inclined to trust it, but it would be nice if some experienced exercise person could vouch for it. Are there any such people on this board with an opinion?
