Exrx
I've seen a couple of mentions of this site: http://exrx.net/.
I first saw it a year or two ago, and I think it's pretty freaking awesome. It's got a straightfoward approach, no signing up for stuff, an index of exercises, and even has dietary advice. It looks like good sensible advice, with cited sources and explanations, so I am inclined to trust it, but it would be nice if some experienced exercise person could vouch for it. Are there any such people on this board with an opinion?

I've used exrx loads, i've usually got it up on the computer screen to check out new exercises when i'm lifting at home, so if i like them, i can take them to the gym and if they don't work, i don't look like an ass.
A great resource all round. |
