Rent a hotel room at the local Holiday Inn...sorry, had to put that in.
My wife & I started off with a movie. Went to the bar for a few drinks after that where I knew some friends of both of ours would be just in case we hit a "dry" spot in the conversation & needed some bailing out.
I think our next date was a demo derby, we watched the stars one night (in August, not middle of Michigan winter). Went running together, drove around & shot the shit. Find something you both have in common & do that. Unless she's really interested, don't show her your new 3.2 GHZ Dell Inspiron.
