being one of the lucky folk to live by the Pacific ocean,seafood is here in enormous amounts.
my buddy was on Vancouver Island this week and he brought my family some fresh oysters.
well let me tell you.....damn fine.
cooked 'em on the bbq whole in the shell,let 'em "pop",opened 'em up and added.....
little wad 'o butter
little bit 'o minced garlic
salt and pepper
couple drops of tabasco and
a squeeze of fresh lime juice
all in the cup portion of the shell..........
smile and suck it back baby....
ahhhhh heaven
