I was knocked out too. The first 8 hours after I woke up are a blur. I don't know why gang bangers are killing each other over crack, because whatever this guy used is some GOOD shit. I was higher'n a kite the whole day.
The next 24 hours were pretty painful but it was kept under control by lots of drugs.
After that, the pain faded rapidly, I was on solid food within 48 hours, and the only long term effect was that the anti-infection stuff they pack in the holes tastes pretty nasty for about a week, so don't expect to enjoy your food very much.
