Well, you could make a tuna melt. Should I assume you have bread or some kind of bread product? Just put on the tuna, then put on the cheese then put it in the oven or toaster-oven. I'll also have to assume you are making this stuff at home. If it has to be portable, then a tuna melt wouldn't be so good.
I know this won't really answer your question, but the main problem seems to be that your pantry is overwhelmingly filled with meat and/or cheese. I know you might not have a penny to your name (as don't I), but try to spend a few dollars on some fruits and veggies. The most useful one I could think of would be some lettuce. You could make a salad with the shrimp or the tuna. Also, you could get some bananas and make a peanut butter and banana sandwich.
Last but not least, if you can get your hands on some eggs, most of the things you listed would make a good omelet.
