Did you buy this copy of Office 2k3? You can be honest with me...I wont tell anyone.
Did you go to
www.officeupdate.com and download all of the updates for your system? It would actually surprise me if that fixes your problem, but you should update it anyway, just to make sure.
If that doesn't work, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Office Suite?
