Depends on the quality of the single player. Max Payne can be played through in a single 10 hour sitting and is well worth it to do so. That game doesn't need 50 hours of gameplay.
If Republic(an) Commando has a good enough single player, I'll be happy. I'll watch over Coppertop's shoulder and make my decision.
