I spent a few weeks every summer growing up on the Manitoba-Saskachewan border visiting my uncles, aunts, grandparents, and sundry relations. =)
I still maintain that the apparent population of saskachewan are just statistical outliers. I mean, less than 2*10^-6 people per square meter? Clearly just a sampling error.
