It's not hard to fake an orgasm. The harder part of faking is the muscle control, but even I have that down to a fine art if necessary. I faked quite a bit when I first started having sex, simply because I COULDN'T, for whatever reason, actually orgasm. But now...wow...it's no problem. But at least I have that skill as a back-up.
