There's no connection. Koenigsegg is a Swedish firm, while Willy Koenig is a nutcase of German variety.
I love this car.
Oh and for the chap singing the praises of the 9ff, firstly I don't believe the car has been officially timed at over 241mph - or anywhere near (please correct me if I'm wrong) - and secondly it doesn't count as it's just a 911 turbo that's been toyed with and not a production car in its own right. The F1 continues to reign supreme, with only the CCR and forthcoming Veyron to worry about
