Present COPIES of all your documentation to the court when you appear. When you talk on the phone, record who you spoke to, the subject and what time and date. (If possible, get everything in writing.)
Hopefully after you present all your information to the judge and explain it to him, he should dismiss everything.
Worst case, get a lawyer.
If you are a poor college student, check the phone book for the local legal aid society and they should be able to help you.
