I understand you too. I had tried all the diets when I had my Children but what works for me is watching calories.
For the past two months I have been limiting myself to 1000 calories or less per day. I do exercise a little but not a lot and just in that time I lost 24lbs.
I am sure that I have lost even more now, but I have not been back to the DR to check and I refuse to own a scale!
But try counting your calories...A Friend of mine goes to LA Weightloss and she told me a lot of the secrets to the diet and she has lost 30lbs. Basically it boils down to calories...So try it and if you want to know a meal plan, let me know and I will tell you what I eat in a day.
