i always had this little scheme; If your driving and an unmarked car pulls up on you with its cherries flashing, call 911 and say you think someone impersonating an officer is tryin to pull you over and your fearing for your life. They would dispatch marked cars and pull the whole thing over. By this time it would be such a fiasco that u might get out of the ticket. I wouldnt advise tryin it, but just something me and my dad were kinda discussing.
