umm, yes, I hope.
With one of my girlfriends, she couldn't possibly have faked. Her breathing got irregular, and she clenched up and...spasomed in a way that I am positive she couldn't have done deliberately.
With my current girlfriend, I can usually tell, but with her the line between pleasure and orgasm is sometimes blurry. She is self conscious though, so I dont think she could make herself do the things she does while she is coming.
