thumb and pinky is "hang loose". I think it's originally Hawaiian, adopted into surf culture. I'm not sure, but I think the two fingers and thumb were from Beavis and Butthead. And I'm offended that someone talked about the devil. No, I'm not really. I just felt left out that I never got offended at any of this.
